What do you think?
This cover broadens the whole meaning of the song for me. Now it's just not about Bono's dad. It's a Father' Day Valentine. I would have loved to hear the band discussion for this choice.

Has any other band done this kind of thing before, I wonder.

Used for the DVD single and CD single covers?

I assume you refer to the dads. Their picture is on the DVD back cover (UK) but not on the singles (which don't have a back cover). You may like this picture of Dads and Sons. I don't know of anyone having done this before (but, then, I don't have much knowledge in this department).

Heh, Aaron's last post was about lyrics and now I just made a disco update.

Strange times, eh?

Update - Higher quality scans of the radio promo are up (I assume you saw them at @U2 before).  I when I was writing the front page update blurb I had an amusing typo (or perhaps a freudian slip with valentines day coming up) "Sometimes You Can't Make Out on Your Own."  Hehe.

Thanks for that. Better than what I'd seen.

Love the fold. Somehow adds to the nostalgia.
