Thanks for the response. Yes, most of the tracks in my playlist are single edits even though I didn't label them all as such.
I have traditionally only included songs that were released as commercial singles in some region, though this last album cycle has certainly forced my to rethink what I consider a single. The versions of Mofo and Please I included are from promos, but only because the commercial single versions are overly long for a playlist.
If you are going to include all of their promo releases, I would have to consider Winter and Beat on the Brat as well, and I do believe that Blow Your House Down was released to radio in promotion of the Achtung Baby reissue, though perhaps only digitally.
Interesting that you threw out tracks that feature other artists besides U2. I have included Sgt. Pepper (which actually charted), One w/ Mary J. Blige, and The Ballad of Ronnie Drew because they are commercial releases that feature all four band members. I admit that they break up the flow of the playlist a bit.
Bad from WAIA is something I have definitely considered including. A few live versions of I Will Follow has been released as singles as well, but I've decided not to include them.
As I said before, the release of Songs of Innocence has totally blown up my ideas of what constitutes a single. Invisible, The Miracle, and EBW are pretty clearly single for that album in my mind, though only one of them has so far been released in the traditional sense, and then only digitally.
