| In 1998, Zucchero wrote a song called "Blu" for this album.
He wrote the song in his native Italian. Wanting to reach a wider
market, he approached Bono to write lyrics for an English version of the
song. The resulting song in english is titled "Blue" and credits
Bono as the writer. Bono does not appear on the actual recording.
If you are looking for this one, be careful, as some international versions
feature the song "Blu" instead of "Blue" and Bono has no involvement in
the Italian version of the song. You will most likely be looking
for the USA, Canada or UK pressings of the CD to find the English version. |
