Original Of The Species [acoustic] on Starbucks CD

I don't remember if you guys discussed the Starbucks CD titled:
every mother counts 2012
I bought it for $14 at a Starbucks coffee shop in May 2012.  I bought it to get an Eddie Vedder track titled Skipping (which is track 2 of the 19 tracks).  When I looked at the tracklisting on the CD case, I was surprised to see several other tracks by musicians I enjoy.  Here is the info for the U2 track:

Track 1 is listed as:
Bono and the Edge - Original Of The Species (acoustic)
When I place the CD into my computer, the track length shows as 4:03 on the iTunes screen.
On the back of the CD case, below the tracklisting, it says the tracks that have an asterisk are exclusive new recordings.  Track 1 => Bono and the Edge - Original Of The Species (acoustic) has an asterisk.

I don't see this acoustic version of Original Of The Species in the Wanderer discography.  I searched by song.  Were you guys aware of this release?

If anyone wants a download of this U2 track, let me know.  If you do, you will have to explain (step-by-step) how to send it because I haven't memorized the procedure yet.
