Zooropa "interference" promos

Does anyone know when the Zooropa promo singles with the interference patterns on them were released, relative to the official releases?

What makes me especially curious is that Numb (Perfecto Mix) samples the theme from In the Name of the Father, which wasn't released until January 1994.

they were released in 1993, in all of them is printed recorded in march-may 1993... itnotf seems really use samples from numb perfecto mix...

The one in the bottom left corner is of course the regular Zooropa cd, but it fits the pattern.

My favourite is the lemon one. It contains the exclusive lemonade remix but it also has the coolest color ;)
