Love and Peace or Else [Album Version]
« on: November 30, 2004, 03:52:54 AM »
Intro:

(The secret files?)
(Show him)
(You see it?)

(SOUND-OFF)
(BIO terrorism)

(See this is easy, simple to do)

(He promised... / God)
(...there is no control in America)

(How about)
(Try a piece...)
(Yes, you know what I'm saying?)
(You should just get him a piece and select out a sheriff)
(He's right)

(COUNTDOWN)

[It helps to use some EQ filtering, p erhaps noise reduction, and slow it down a bit as most of the voices are sped up.  CAPSLOCK are the more noticable robot voices]

In the lil soft section:

We can talk this thing through
With me, me, and you
I'll call or you phone

[definately different than the album version, makes less sense, but an entire line is missing and others changed]

I also don't hear the line after monster's back listed in the official lyrics... just little noises.

I've just seen the transcription of the lyrics of the latest album and I've seen there are some mistakes:

Sometimes you can't...
Sorry, but I can't hear the line "a house STILL doesn't make a home"

Love and peace or else
I would put "I'm not easy on my knees
Here's my heart I'll let you break it"
instead of...

"I'm not easy on my knees
Here's my heart a-that you're breaking"

That's all folks ;)

The extra still in sometimes you can't make it on your own (haha) must have slipped in because I had to add in a still in the line before it if I remember correctly.  The alternate version does have a still there.

The second chorus of lapoe sounds like it ends with "breaking" not "break it"  After revisiting it the words before it do sound like "I'll let you" so it is probably just some slurring at the end and it should be the same as the first.

So you agree with everything else? Not bad as the official lyrics had at least three lines in the song wrong (going off memory). Not that you can check things at the moment anyways.
