Do we have a list of remixes that were commissioned by the band, completed, and remain unreleased?  There could be a separate discography section for them.  If the top of my head, I'm thinking about:
 - The Orb's remix of Numb
 - Oakenfold's Crashed Car Perfecto mix
 - Redanka's Miracle Drug and Alcohol Because Of You remixes
 - Killahurtz's Original Of The Species mix
 - Alex Metric's remix of Crazy Tonight

And then there are the remixes that for released in some form but there are some super rare versions on just CD-R's, so they're not even really promo-only.  I'm thinking of tracks like:
 - Paul Van Dyk's Non Vox mix and one other of Elevation
 - The 2000 New Year's Day mixes, only a couple of which finally got released on War Deluxe 2CD

That is all I can think of now.  It'd be good to have all of this info compiled in one place, I think.

Oakenfold's "Crashed Car" remix as well as his remix of "Ordinary Love" will find mention in the new discography as he's released them through his podcasts.  (You don't have his version of "Ordinary Love" listed by the way).  I'll also be listing the 2000 New Year's Day Remixes as I have been given far more information about those than I once did.  The Paul Van Dyk ones are listed as well. (Believe those are there now...)

Other mixes I can think of not in your list:
Christopher Laurence's version of "Crazy Tonight"
Underworld was rumoured to have done a remix of "Mofo" that has never surfaced.
A second single of "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" with the New Voices of Freedom was commissioned but never released.
