Boomerang II (B-Side)
« on: December 26, 2003, 04:00:42 AM »
rivergoat:

Soul wind go, soul wind blow

0:45 (approximate times, just for my reference)
Under the skin (her skill)
I cannot help it
Under her/the love
I faced my fear/missed with her
Under her night
That leaves me/her bleeding
Under her lies
I miss her love

Soul wind go, soul wind blow (x2)

1:25
Under her (roof) (room) (rule) - no idea, really, just know it's a 'r' word
I feel above me (I think I love thee)
Under the/her light
I made (need) her love
Under the/her (land)
I feel above me
Under the/her eyes (lies)
I disappear (miss her here)

Soul wind go, soul wind blow (x2)

2:18
Under the sky, that brought a new day
Under rain cloud
Come and say (come away)
Throw (me along on the way)
Throw me away

(In the drift) we are caught
(In the drift) we go
(In the drift) we are caught
(In the drift) we go

3:20
Under her skin
My faith went (away) (nowhere/all ways)
Under her sign/love
There is a new fear/I have no fear
Under her hands
There is a (pulling)/I watched her pull me (pulling)
Under her eyes
I used to/lose my fear

Soul wind go
Soul wind blow by love
Soul wind go/blow
Soul wind blow by

(In the drift) we are caught
(In the drift) we go
(In the drift) we are caught
(In the drift) we go

9:30 (shouted words in the background, there is another 'Under the.." verse
in here that is indecipherable)
When I go in, it's so good
I'll go in there, always it's just a fight (so tight)
What are you doing?
I don't believe it, who is it? What is this?
I can't believe it
What's going on?
What happened to me?
And you're going with a new boy

(Toast) (I know it's not 'toast', but God, that's what it sounds like, eh?)
Under her hands
Throw me away
Throw me away
Throw me away

(In the drift) we get caught
(In the drift) we go
(In the drift) we come
(In the drift) we go

Thanks for posting this stuff Carl }:)~, but I have to add my notes to it:

words or phrases separated by a slash mark / are sung at the same time by different people

words in parentheses () are what the lyric could be.. except for that one smart-alec comment! };)~

As I transcribed this song, I got the idea that it was about a love/hate relationship ("Can't live with you/can't live without you") kinda thing, and some of my lyric interpretations were influenced by that

much love
