OTHER NOTES |
In 1996 U2 were approached to contribute to a compilation
that Donal Lunny was putting together of modern Irish artists. Adam Clayton
and Bono worked with Lunny, Sharon Shannon, and other musicians to remake
the song Tomorrow for the Common Ground Compilation.
The song had originally been recorded by U2 for their 1981 album, October.
The re-recording of the song featured an additional verse of lyrics as
well. This promo CD was released in the Netherlands to promote the
compilation. |
