OTHER NOTES
While the US and Canada received a unique single, In
God's Country, New Zealand and Australia received their own unique
single a few months later, One Tree Hill, a song which was written about
a location in New Zealand. The cover art and the b-sides were identical
to those released on the In God's Country single.
One Tree Hill was never released as a CD single.
No commercial video was shot for the One Tree Hill release. A New Zealand
television station (TVNZ) did compile some footage of U2 with scenes from
One Tree Hill. This was not an official video released by the band.

Black vinyl. Released in picture sleeve. The vinyl itself
does not contain the catalog number but the sleeve itself contains the
Polygram / Island release number. The sleeve also clearly states "Made
in New Zealand". This may be a later repressing of the single.

is the same as that in the release above, but the sleeve features the K-338
release number, as does the vinyl. Some copies came with a picture lyrics

sleeve (note the Polygram references on the sleeve). Also note the mistakenly
written "Bullet In the Blue Sky" - Australasian pressings have been notorious
for poor proof reading, as witnessed by the mispelled "Unforgetable Fire"
sleeves.
