This CD was pressed by Miramax pictures in conjunction with
Interscope Records to be sent to the Oscar Nominees committee, as a submission
of a track for Best Original Song for the Oscar Awards, and Golden Globe
Awards held in 2003. The first CD cover features artwork from the
movie, and features an image of the New York skyline, with a flag hanging
in the background. The artwork on the back of the CD is the same,
but also includes three small images from the movie along the bottom. A
secondary run of CDs were pressed with a plain cover on front and back
with just the logo of the film. The CD in both cases were the same.
Also included with the CD is a one page lyric sheet, containing the
lyrics for "The Hands that Built America". Only Miramax is credited on
the CD sleeve.
