OTHER NOTES Nanci Griffith worked on this album with Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jnr.  Adam played bass on a three tracks.  Larry took a much bigger role contributing to the music on four tracks and also remixing several of the tracks on the album.  Sammy Sullivan is credited in the liner notes as being part of U2's production in New York.  Sammy has been involved as a tech for U2 for years and has worked on their albums as well as on their live show.  Several promotional releases from Elektra featured variations on these songs, different mixes and edits of the tracks that U2 worked on. RELATED RELEASES "On Grafton Street" featured the Chieftains performing with Larry Mullen and Adam Clayton.  The Chieftains would also record "The Long Black Veil" with Bono for their 1995 album, The Long Black Veil. Several promotional singles were released from the Flyer album including the following singles featuring participation by Larry and Adam: Flyer Album Promo, This Heart, Three from Flyer, These Days in an Open Book, and On Grafton Street.
