Coments: All the songs on the Zoo TV Documentary are credited as being filmed in the US during August 1992. This particular one is definitely from the 1992-08-30 show at Yankee Stadium. The only edit being at the very beginning when the song first starts up and Bono was making a few comments to the audience, so in effect the released version is a few seconds shorter than the actual performance. However, it is an excellent version and totally faithful, as far as the audio goes, to the original. The lyrics are exactly the same.
Many of the songs on the Zoo TV doc have intercuts of various people spouting either nonsense or new age philosophy, but if you listen carefully the whole song is usually there.
You can also hear Bono talking in the background about being in Yankee Stadium during Morleigh’s interview, and his comments are exactly as captured by audience recordings for the Aug. 30 show.
