Audio on this is 64 kbps mono AAC. Really hoping for a version with better audio quality somewhere.

I'm seeing 128 kbps mono AAC...

Seeing it where? I redownloaded a few days ago and 64 is still the only audio option.

Just checked again. Still showing just the one audio stream.

Looking at my file information, I have two captures - one of 60kbps and another of 128kbps.  Looking at the spectral signatures, they both have the same cutoffs, but cutoffs that are consistent with 128, not 60. So that's strange, and seemingly impossible.  Unfortunately, I can't recall how I went about getting these, so I'll defer to you and 60kbps unless I figure out anything else.
