Might Get Loud Promo Press Conference CD?

I have one I was thinking of listing to sell but I hate to do it. It's the only one I've seen. 36 and a half minutes long. Says point 360 and imgl Audio EPK on it. Anyone seen one? It's a cd acetate from Toronto Press Conference.  Offers welcome obviously. I would trade for tons of stuff on my list that are some easy to find items.
