It's a double A sided 7" promo from the Philippines.

(1991) Ultraviolet (Light My Way) (7" Promo) [PH, unknown (ULTRAVIOLET)]

A01 - U2 - Ultraviolet (Light My Way) [4:34]
B01 - U2 - Ultraviolet (Light My Way) [4:34]

I've seen a couple of them on ebay in the last two years along with other ones from the Philippines. Each one I've seen has had black marker markings on the label, unfortunately. The Ultraviolet one is the only one I know that has an alternative version on it, but this is by no means confirmed.

U2maxi: It says that, but it also lists shipping costs to worldwide in the description (US$10).

I also just noticed that the price went down and it turned into a "Buy It Now or Best Offer" sale. I offered $20.
