How many versions of: The Hands that Built America

Is anyone aware of any more studio versions of 'The Hands that Built America' besides these?

I think you got all of them.

There was also a single scheduled to be released in Germany, backed with "That's Life."  I don't know which version of "Hands" was tapped for the single, but I'm pretty sure it was deleted before it ever went to production.

hi, I have noticed that the version of the hands that built america from the film on dvd play faster than normal compared to the one from the sountrack cd (4.35). the timing on my dvd is 6.13, I have the 2 disc italian edition and I found that portion of video on youtube (the spanish version, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwj-cyiZU-Q ) and it play fast too. timing is again 6.13.
note that the music video on the bonus dvd is 4.39 and the speed is right...
is it on all releases or only the US version is 6.33 (that could be the exact timing)?
