I don't think the author is even connected to him in an official capacity. Orthographic errors make the blog look bad first, then the posture taken about Blair, and the comment that he's slept with more women than songs fit on an iPod. It doesn't add up for someone who's as big as Bono. He doesn't need to belittle others to gain attention. If he did feel any animousity or disrespect for the two men mentioned, he wouldn't say anything, as it would not be politic, rather it would be detrimental to his work of saving lives ... or at least recruiting others to do it.
