No... line 2 is definately not "do".  As for the "under" vs "on the", under makes more sense but it sounds a bit more like "on the" to me but under makes more sense.  "before mystery" i'm leaning towards, perhaps even "perform mystery"  but "the strip" i still an option.  I stick strongly with my final two lines here.

it would be a very odd pronounciation of ramp
'Cause a cop might be your take as well.
