I do like the bible-verse theory a lot, but I'm not totally sold on any of them (# of albums, albums that Lillywhite produced, bible verse, etc) at all.  I'm just as inclined to believe that Bono is just being weird.

Pretty funny: there's also an mp3 clip floating around the net of John Ritter's character in an episode of Three's Company (I think) from 1980 saying "uno, dos, tres, catorce".

Maybe Bono watched too many old sitcoms.  =P

I can host it, or post it on yousendit if there's interest.
