360 Tour - Leg 7 - North America - Mysterious Ways Video Content

Several years ago, I found a director’s website containing the video content displayed during Mysterious Ways (in its entirely) at the later 360 Tour dates. I can’t find the name of director. It wouldn’t appear in the Rose Bowl tour book (or video release) as that was earlier. Does someone have a last tour book to check the video content section?
