JT2017 video
« on: February 22, 2018, 01:10:11 PM »
I was just looking at the upcoming releases section, and under "The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 Home Video Release" there are just blank bullet points.

Has there been any word of a possible DVD?  If not, it would be the first major tour they've done since Lovetown to not have some kind of video release.  Not something I would necessarily be clamoring for to be honest, though I think some of the visuals from the big screen might be cool to see on a Bluray...

We think it was primarily filmed in Mexico City and also in the rest of South America.

Mexico was fully filmed.  It will be the basis of the video from what I was told. Additional filming was done at all South American shows, as well as a few in North America and Amsterdam.

Anton Corbijn is the director for the release.  We'll have some additional info soon.
