A new remix of "Lights of Home" by Mark "Spike" Stent is coming out with issue 300 of MOJO this week.
When it becomes available to buy as a digital download, I will buy it.  In the meantime, I noticed that someone posted a YouTube video titled U2 - Light Of Home (Spike Spent Mix) 2018

After 5 separate playbacks, I still can't figure out if it is different from the album version.

The drums are a bit louder, and the instruments throughout the track are balanced a little differently. But otherwise there's not much of a difference at all.

Thank you very much for the quick feedback.  I sincerely appreciate it.

In a Twitter exchange with Rusty Egan on Sunday, he passed along a video showing a remix of Red Flag Day that sounded awesome. So that may be coming down the pike if it's approved.

So another mix has found its way onto the internets - the DJLW Dub. And again there is no clear source for this.

I have confirmed it has NOT been sent out by the US company doing promo, nor did they send the Hardwell mixes or the other Egan / Hoeger mix.

It also does not appear that the company used for promotion in Europe for a few songs has not issued a new promo.  So no idea how these are leaking at the moment. Rusty Egan has shared that his particular mix did not go to promotional release.  He's unsure how they've made their way onto the internet.  So for now won't be adding any of the four mixes to the discography officially, but will make a footnote of them in the discography entry itself - if anyone has any additional information please let us know!

If it was neither the promo companies nor the remixers who else had access to the files? I would rule out that somebody hacked into the promo companies or the remixers. Hence, it had to be somebody who received the files from the remixers themselves.

Perhaps someone who works at one of the promo companies.  Maybe they knew that these mixes aren't going to get released so they just leaked them on their own.  Maybe.

So is this the end of the SOE-related releases?  Is there anything missing from the list?

"Landlady" just got issued to some USA radio stations last week. Instead of the edit used in Italy, it's just the album version for the USA.  But it may not be dead yet...

Four mix "Club Remixes EP" will be available at iTunes and other digital retailers tomorrow:

"Summer of Love" (Hardwell Mix Edit) - U2 (03:25)
"Summer of Love" (Ralphi Rosario Dub Edit) - U2 (06:36)
"Summer of Love" (MINDSKAP Remix) - U2 (05:56)
"Summer of Love" (DJLW Radio) - U2 (03:33)

The first two songs are edits of the remixes previously issued for promotion.  The other two appear to be the same as the remixes issued for promotion. (The Hardwell edit is the same mix as the one that leaked that had never been released.)

As of mid-November, I still had not found these Summer Of Love remixes on the Internet (in order to decide if they are worth acquiring in digital form)
House Of Frappier Tech-House Dub
House Of Frappier Tech-House Mix
HP Hoeger Rusty Egan Chill Mix
HP Hoeger Rusty Egan Sunset Mix
Mike Cruz Dub
Mike Cruz Radio Edit
Mike Cruz Remix
Underher Remix

Will any of these find their way to YouTube at some point in 2019?  Or some other website that allows me to hear the track?

None of these has been released commercially so finding them online on a legitimate site is not likely at this point. Would like to remind people that we cannot share links to piracy sites on this forum.

The Rusty Egan Chill and Sunset mixes have been played on his radio broadcasts, but have not been released officially in any form. His radio show can be found here:

(The Sunset mix was heard on 09/28 and was the first track. The Chill mix was the second track on 08/24)

Aaron, thank you for the quick detailed reply.  The second track from that 8/24 Rusty Egan radio show is:
Love Is Bigger Than Anything In Its Way [HP Hoeger Rusty Egan Chill Mix]

Based on your reply above, I was expecting it to be:
Summer Of Love [HP Hoeger Rusty Egan Chill Mix]

My notes must be incorrect because I thought there was an HP Hoeger Rusty Egan Chill Mix of Summer Of Love.

I really like that HP Hoeger Rusty Egan Sunset Mix of Summer Of Love.  Too bad I have no way of acquiring it in digital form.

No there was a Chill mix of Summer of Love as well. It has never been released, but somehow it leaked on pirate sites.

Thought I had grabbed the right day but got Love is Bigger instead. Just had a brief look through trying to find it for you and cannot. So maybe he didn't play that one.
