Glad you had some success with the refund.  It was really bad to have their customer service saying "Resubscribe, don't let your subscription end" while the other hand was saying "Wait until we get the gift organized, don't subscribe yet".  They really need to work on the communication over there.

Even better yet was the guy telling people to resubscribe and choose the limited vinyl because it's sold out and you will get the new gift instead.  If i wanted the vinyl, and didn't get it I'd be cranky too.

Every few years this whole thing just seems to be a hassle.
