The History Mix DVD

Can anyone shed any light on the extra DVD that can be had as an addition for U2 The Best Of 1990-2000. I have purchased this DVD and it has an insert saying "Please insert U2 the history mix DVD in this space. But try as I may I cannot locate this in this country and even the distributor here has not heard of it so what chance???

Hope someone knows about it or is it a promotional stuff up???

The History Mix DVD came with the limited edition of the Best Of 1990-2000 CD. As far as I know this is still available in some countries.

I have an extra History Mix DVD that I would be willing to trade.  The cardboard sleeve that it comes in is not in very good shape at all (I bought it from a goodwill), but the DVD itself plays just fine.

I can provide photos if necessary.
