This includes the Drowning Man snippet, 'Hold on / hold on tightly' which for some reason was cut, though it was left intact in the Tick Tock version from Red Rocks DVD.
The other words edited out are Bono improvising at the same spots in the song he normally did, but possibly he decided they were not appropriate on an album track.
The album audio mix is also quite different from the radio mix streaming at WV. On the album, Edge's opening riffs always sounded to me like he skipped a beat or the recording started a second late. In fact neither is true.  It's just that the opening notes are so low in the album mix. On the radio mix they are clearly audible.
At the end of the song Edge lets out a stream of nifty harmonics which are captured nice and clear on the radio mix but muffled on the album. Bono's tambourine at the end of the song also comes out perfectly, but is inaudible on the album mix. So even if no words had been edited out, these 2 versions of 11 O'Clock Tick Tock would still sound quite different from each other.
