Carl has (You're mad and meant it all) for the third line. I don't (yet) have access to the Brooklyn Bridge material (UK-iTunes does not offer it) but in other live performances I hear

(Your man isn't mad at all)

I now had a chance to listen to the Brooklyn Bridge Material. Again

is pretty clear. my suggestion (Your man isn't mad at all) does not quite fit with what Bono sings, although neither am I convinced by (You're mad and meant it all). To my ears under the Brooklyn Bridge could be
