What happened to Australia and New Zealand?

Extremely guttered that AGAIN Australia and New Zealand miss out .
Seriously why ? What have loyal fans that helped U2 become what they are today done to deserve this ?
One tree hill is about a New Zealander yet they wouldn't even play there?
U2 have turned there backs on two countries that have been loyal and patient for 7 ,7 YEARS !
