Several years ago I bought a used copy of the "version 2" UK CD single of "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses", which you can see here:
http://www.u2wanderer.org/disco/sing031.html. My copy came with the 4 prints, which makes it a little more collectible, and the price was slightly higher as a result.
I'm wondering though, how can I tell that my prints are "genuine"? What I mean is, apparently, according to this website, "far more [copies of the single] were released without the cards than with", so it would be very easy for an unscrupulous person to just "re-print" the prints, and combine them with a copy of the single that didn't originally include the prints, and sell it all off as collectible with a corresponding price-tag. Who knows, maybe that happened to me.
The reason I'm concerned is, I'm thinking of reselling my copy of this single, and since I bought it used myself, how can I be confident that I'm selling a genuine "with-prints" copy to whomever buys it from me and not ripping someone off myself?
