Elevation PVD Remixes

In my quest for the PVD Remixes promo CD with the exclusive Non Vox and Radio mixes, I've come across a different release not listed in the discogs:

Presumably the radio version of the blue 12". Is it real?
Also, I've only ever come across this CD, not the one listed in the discogs. Perhaps I should be asking if that one is real. Except I've torrented the Non Vox mix before and it's not just an amateur hack-up, so it had to have been released sometime, somewhere.
That promo and the Walk On Hallelujah Mix will be the death of me.
