Title: Music Publishers to target lyrics/tab sites

It sounds pretty familiar but at least we've been through this before and have the blessing of Universal.

I wonder if this will take off and how... if they mean true fan sites when they talk of ones that look legitimate and not just ad-driven lyrics365.com database sites they'll be in one hell of a PR battle.

Heh.

The really (ie very very) popular ones hit wise would be the massive ad-based catch all typo infested sites that pop up on google hits, though the inclusion of legitimate in there kind of makes me think of more "real" fan sites as most people probably don't see those sites as too legitimate by their appearance and flashing banners all over the place.
