Don't waste your money.  I recently acquired this disc for a lot less than $180, but it's not worth $2.

Listening to the CD, it's obvious that the audio has been ripped from the DVD and then very poorly downsampled from 48 kHz to 44.1 kHz.  The sound is harsh, tinny, and distorted; the same result you would get if you ripped the DVD audio and then burned it straight to a CD using Windows Media Player.

As far as I can tell, this is an official promo release, but you would think that Universal Columbia could have either obtained the audio from Universal International or at least sprung for some decent audio editing software.

If the MP3 you have is decent sound quality, you're better off anyway.

Caveat emptor.
