Title: CD Single Jewel Cases

Does anyone know where I can buy CD single jewel cases similar in design to the recent U2 singles? I would like to replace several of my U2 CD singles which were damaged :( in the mail.

While on this topic, does anyone know where I can find a Snap Pack thingy? I just recently got the Japanese versions of Mysterious Ways and The Fly but both came without cases. Kind of hoping I can get one that I can use to put the inserts and the discs in. That'd be great.
