Title: Soul Preacher bootleg???

I was wandering around the net looking for some U2 info when I saw some guy mention an album called "Soul Preacher".
Is it a bootleg of some kind or just another fake?
In case its just a fake name for a "real" bootleg this is the track listing:

This is the same as the bootleg "The unreleased album" I think, tracks from the Achtung Baby-Sessions. You can find all of them and a lot more on the "Axtung Beibi Outtakes" 3er CD-Set.
