Right now I have it up as Dónde está? which translates "where is." According to a visitor this is fine and whatever comes after it (person, place, or thing) can be inferred or included with further words.
Early transcriptions included Como estás? but I haven't seen that around recently.
Someone suggested Dónde estás? "where are you"
Lastly someone suggested Què pasa? which would be roughly "What's happening?" or "What's up?".
Since I'm not a great judge of spanish syllables, I'll leave a poll up where people can vote for what they hear.

When I first heard the song, I thought it was Donde estas...I haven't really seen it suggested until now. I'm in French myself, so I'm just going on what I *think* I hear ;)

Hello there!
I'm mexican, and I can confirm:
"Donde está?"
A place call vertigo, donde esta? = A place call vertigo, where is at?
Full spanish:
Un lugar llamado vertigo, donde esta?...
I Hope u get what I'm trying to explain

The totp performance really sounds like "Donde está?" The vocals are a lot clearer, but on the "Hola" of the second chorus The Edge is no where near his mike. Tsk tsk.
