If anyone is still looking I got a copy from a place called "Jazz Loft" - jazzloft.com - they had none in stock when i initially ordered, but were able to get more in in a very short time...

The two songs Bono is associated with on this CD are very, very '80s (think Human League), but I dig 'em.  Of course, I happen to love early '80s synthpop, but it's weird to think Bono chose to be associated with this sound (like Edge's stuff with Jah Wobble...what the hell was that all about?).  Oh, and Happy "The Year We Make Contact"!

Well, it may not be complex but it's pleasant.

Well, I've tried Wierdo Records and Jazz Loft and neither web site had it in stock. Amazon UK and elsewhere was too expensive. They all averaged well over 30 euro. But patience worked. I found a new sealed copy on eBay from the Netherlands for 20 bucks which included s/h!! Oh, and by the way, I'm with you God, Part II, I despise download only songs.
