Yea, I can't find this on the list of albums under "With or Without You" and I was wondering what version of this song is on this 3" cd.

It's generally considered a cd-single rather than amazon's listing it as a two track EP - not to mention that WOWY is the b-side.  Album version meaning the Joshua Tree album.
