According to this site, (http://www.karlbartos.com/message/20071210.html) U2 have contributed a track entitled "Human Rights," but it's unclear whether this is a new song or a spoken word recording or what...
My guess would be it's one of the live readings of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Declaration_of_Human_Rights) but I'd love to find out what it actually is. Don't think I'll pop for $250 to find out, though.
