Title: Lemon promo

I recently bought a one sided 12" promo of Lemon. It has no text label, only a picture of a lemon (on both sides). There is only one track - the Perfecto mix. Side 2 has no groove. Scrathed into the vinyl is "U2LEMDJ-2". How rare is this?

Thanks - but that shows the 2 sided 2 track 12".
Mine is 1 sided. ????
