Very Early NEW U2 Ipod. Never Been Used.

I need help finding out how much this U2 Ipod is worth. It is in mint condition,all still wrapped..even the head phones still wrapped.
Not sure what generation it is. It is in a specaial edition cube shape box and has posters and things with it.
It looks like may be 4th generation or earlier.
Does anyone know what the 1st ones looked like?
