| This was a special packaging promo for the release of the
Rattle and Hum album. The "Flight Case" was labelled on the outside
with a leather luggage tag with the Rattle and Hum logo. On the inside
there was a copy of the UK versions of the CD, 12" Vinyl and Cassette releases
of Rattle and Hum. Reportedly this was limited to 200 copies.
Also included (pictured at the bottom) were keys for the flight case, and
