OTHER NOTES
Elevation was released to radio in June of 2001. The song was released to promote both the All That You Can't Leave Behind album, as well as the Tomb Raider soundtrack.  Thus some of the promotional singles contain images from the film.  In the UK, Island didn't have the rights to use the image of Lara Croft on the cover of these, and thus one promo was withdrawn and replaced with a promo picturing U2 on the cover.

Elevation was also the first release to see promotional vinyl since the Beautiful Day promo releases.
